LORD OF CHELSEA is seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Engineer to oversee the upkeep and repair of luxury properties. This role requires hands-on experience in troubleshooting, performing repairs, and ensuring the properties are always in top condition. Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and address repair needs on time.
• Troubleshoot issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, and general property repairs.
• Manage and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for larger projects.

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in property maintenance, preferably in luxury or high-end properties.
• Technical skills in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Certifications in relevant trades (e.g., Gas safety, Electrical, or Plumbing qualifications) are highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
