Job Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping staff and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation in our clients' homes. This role involves managing housekeeping operations, coordinating staff, and ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest quality.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensure all cleaning and maintenance tasks are completed to the highest standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to assess cleanliness and organisation.
  • Provide training and support to housekeeping staff.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Address any issues or complaints related to housekeeping services.

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and standards.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and ensure high-quality service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid DBS/CRC Certificate.
