Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with strong creative graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite to join our team. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, focusing on social media channels, email, and online advertising.
- Create compelling content for social media channels, website updates, blogs, and email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation, including leveraging AI tools where applicable.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in social media strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between digital marketing initiatives and overall business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and client interactions.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on social media management, creative graphic design, and campaign execution.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Familiarity with AI tools and technologies in digital marketing, such as programmatic advertising and chatbots, is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and email marketing software.
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools and programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
