Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious professional to join our vibrant team as a Business Development Representative. In this role, you'll cultivate relationships and secure deals by showcasing our tailored services. As our GCC region-focused Business Development Representative, you'll contribute to generating new business opportunities and driving growth within the HNW market. Additionally, you'll contribute to building the sales pipeline across the GCC region, leveraging your multilingual skills and appreciation for cultural differences across multiple geographies. Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Navigate diverse locations with confidence, cultivating relationships with potential clients and partners to identify business growth opportunities in a dynamic environment.
  • Engage with potential clients to comprehend their needs and expectations, presenting suitable services aligned with their requirements and promoting additional offerings.
  • Close sales, secure agreements, and actively pursue referrals whenever possible, maintaining professionalism and upholding brand reputation.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support, consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to inform client interactions and sales strategies, reflecting the company's values and professionalism.
  • Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and sales activities, collaborating with internal teams for seamless execution of client requests, and providing regular updates and reports to management on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights.

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in English and Arabic languages is essential.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and lead generation, along with expertise in luxury hospitality, lifestyle trends, and destination selling, is preferable.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills, with a high desire to prospect new clients and pursue a career in Sales.
  • Exceptional professionalism and attention to detail for fostering enduring client and partner relationships.
  • Strategic thinking, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative approach to team success.
  • Strong network and/or experience in partnership and loyalty programs are highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including payment processing and reservation management.
  • Physical fitness is necessary for extensive standing or walking, with a high level of autonomy in work.
