Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by generating new leads and securing partnerships with HNW clients, businesses, and partners. Your main objective will be to build and maintain relationships, secure new contracts, and expand our market presence by promoting our comprehensive range of luxury lifestyle services. As part of a dynamic team, you will be instrumental in shaping our sales strategy and expanding our client base in an exclusive and discerning market.

This role is available both full-time and part-time and offers flexibility in terms of work hours and location.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Engage potential clients (HNWIs, families, businesses) to understand their needs and offer tailored lifestyle solutions, from personal concierge services to property management.
  • Sales Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline by pitching our services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Stay informed about the luxury market, competitor offerings, and industry trends to tailor our services effectively and ensure that our offerings are competitive and appealing to high-net-worth individuals.
  • Networking & Partnerships: Build strategic relationships with key partners and luxury brands that complement our services. Leverage your network to explore opportunities for collaborative ventures and referral partnerships.
  • Cultural Awareness & Multilingual Skills: Use your understanding of cultural nuances and linguistic skills to cater to an international clientele.
  • Reporting & Collaboration: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, provide regular updates to management, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

 

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years in luxury sales and business development, preferably in hospitality, real estate, lifestyle management, and concierge services.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and/or a strong network in the luxury sector.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with an emphasis on building trust and rapport with clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, especially when working across different services and client requests.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is highly desirable (especially French, Russian, Arabic, or Mandarin), to cater to an international clientele.
